Who we are

We are a small boutique breeding kennel registered with the ANKC who specialises in French Bulldogs.  Michael Simpson is our registered breeder and his membership of the AKNC is available on request.

Both Lloyd Grosse and Michael Simpson are members of the ANKC, Dogs NSW and the French Bulldog Club of NSW.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.  Please note the images are copyright and can only be published with our consent.

If our name or any images on our site are used to falsely promise or sell puppies by deceit or fraud we will report it to police and work with them to ensure criminal action.

Contact forms

Our contact forms do not capture any personal data as they are auto-email systems.  Your information will be kept in our email log indefinitely and is used to answer any query you raise and to keep a historical record of our conversation.  No information provided is ever used for marketing purposes.

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how our site is used and analyse data about your visits to our site.  This helps us optimise our content.  Google Analytics uses safeguards like IP masking, Analytics browser opt-out add-on, data confidentiality, and the Universal Analytics JavaScript library.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your personal data with any third party and will never disclose your information – period.  If you are the owner of a Perreux French Bulldog – there are in some instances times where we are mandatorily compelled to a random inspection.  The inspector is governed by the Privacy Policy of the AKNC and is authorised to inspect our record keeping and this includes the personal information of those who own one of our dogs.  It may also require attendance at a registered centre for DNA testing to ensure we have correctly identified the Sire and Dam of your Frenchie. This is a requirement for all registered breeders.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. Our site is hosted by DreamScape Networks FZ-LLC – via their Crazy Domain’s brand and uses the most up to date version of WordPress and we use Automattic’s JetPack and DataVault for increased layers of security.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
